Behind great defense, the Fort Wayne Komets (20-7-1) defeated the Bloomington Blaze (9-18-2) on Saturday night extending their win streak to five straight games and maintaining their six point lead atop the Turner Conference.

The game was played in front of a packed crowd of 10,480.
